I live in Courtview Apartments in Petersburg Va. I am so happy with the services provided by Skywire. I am not tech savvy so they actually came to my apartment and set me up. They had equipment I didn't have. When I had an issue they promptly answered the phone and helped me out I just had an issue today and before I knew it, they were at my door. Shout out to Joey who was very patient and thorough with me today. Keep up the good work! Never had this e collection service with any other internet company!

I would like to say the tech that assisted me today did a commendable job. Amy was relentless..informative..patient..friendly..and quite engaging. For someone like myself who is not savvy when it comes to technical issues with electronic issues. During a difficult time in a recent move..one less issue that I didn't have to stress over..was getting my entertainment up to speed. Again..thank you Amy for navigating me through this cumbersome process.
I've been going through all the reviews and it seems there are two different vaskywire companies. The one serving Commonwealth and the one serving everyone else. Can we have the one serving everyone else?
They're reliability is suspect at best and they have extended outages at Commonwealth apartments in Midlothian Virginia for extended periods of time. Completely unacceptable.

I had difficulties with the service at first but Michael Morgan was a big help. He was a blessing in disguise. I was able to rent the movie for my son to watch.
Robert was super helpful and patient. I came in with one issue and he fixed that and another one I didn’t realize I had! Now I have a working camera for my dog and a faster wifi connection!
