Internet Service with a Wireless Router + Dish Network Programming
1.) Connect to Wi-Fi (or plug in) and start using your internet service!
Your apartment has it’s own wireless router and dedicated wireless network. Begin by locating an information sticker on a black plastic box wall mounted in your unit. On the sticker, look for the SSID listed – this is your Wi-Fi network name. Enter the WPA Key as the password. Connect your devices to that SSID (wireless network) with that password and start using the internet.
2.) Getting started with Dish Network television service is a simple process.
To start watching television, connect your TV to a coaxial wall jack within your apartment. After it’s connected, perform a channel scan on your TV set to ‘CABLE’, not ‘AIR’. The channel scan function is usually found in the TV Menu / Settings area of your TV. Once the channel scan is complete you can enjoy your new Dish Network TV service.
