SkyWire’s Response to COVID-19

In consideration of the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, SkyWire has modified our operations to keep our customers and teams safe.

We continue to provide our teams with PPE and sanitizer and require that they be used in any shared spaces.

We are now requiring that customers observe social distancing and wear face coverings over their mouth and nose during our onsite visits. In the event that a customer does not have their own mask or face covering available, their SkyWire technician may be able to provide an individually packaged mask to the customer as our supplies permit.

Our onsite visits are being prioritized to ensure that our customers have access to the information necessary to stay safe. Some less critical onsite visits are being rescheduled, if they cannot be completed by working remotely with the customer.
